Vegetable Gardening From Seed Starting To Harvest
This class explores the many nuances of gardening in Vermont. Classes will address seed starting, soil preparation, what to plant and when to plant it, crop rotation, harvesting and season extending practices
Garden Design Using Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Annuals, Bulbs and Ornaments
This class explores ways in which different types of plants can be arranged together to create gardens that are beautiful throughout the four seasons. Classes will address site preparation, plant selection, plant combinations, garden ornaments and theme gardens
